Australian thoroughbred TAB meetings are today held at Randwick Kensington, Wagga, Rockhampton, Pakenham, Kilmore and Pinjarra.

RANDWICK KENSINGTON: RACE 4 @ 3:05 PM

LOST AND RUNNING (2) has a bit of a boom on him having won his first three race starts. Was ultra-impressive first-up this campaign leading all the way at Warwick Farm and was never tested. McDonald sticks from gate one and looks the best bet of the day. LUCICELLO (3) has a good record over this track and trip with a win and a third from two attempts. Has placed on all going and can be in the finish. SWITCHED (4) won her last two before the spell and has a great record over this distance range with three wins and four placings from eight starts. In the mix. STOLEN JADE (1) gets 3kg off and can earn a cheque. KOONUNGA (5) is best of the rest.
SELECTIONS: Lost And Running to win.

WAGGA: RACE 3 @ 3:25 PM

TO THE NINES (1) will be fitter and had no luck at all at Canberra when just nudged out as favourite behind Merc. His debut win was on a heavy surface blitzing the Canberra Maidens. Has been heavily-bet all three starts and is the one to beat. FLEUR DE ROSE (2) impressed winning here on debut and was just nudged out at Corowa after. Will be fitter again and is capable of making the quinella. FIFTY CARATS (6) had no luck first-up and has more to give off that. He was well-supported and can be in the finish. COME GET ME (5) gets the low gate and leading hoop and is well-up to this. Like the heavy and should be ready for the longer sprint. Keep well on-side.
SELECTIONS: Backing To The Nines to win.

ROCKHAMPTON: RACE 5 @ 3:27 PM

A GIRL LIKE ALICE (10) can control the race and presents off a comfortable all the way win this grade. That stacks right up and she looks well placed to repeat the dose. STUBAI (2) resumes and is a fresh-up winner with plenty of ability. He will race over further but will handle this and Wiggins sticks from the heavily-bet win this grade. Feared. MANILA MISS (3) is holding a rich vein of form. Draws to box-set but has to see out the longer sprint with a hefty weight lift. Each way. CZECHOSLOVAKIA (4) is back in grade and ready to find his best. He could win without totally surprising.
SELECTIONS: Going with A Girl Like Alice at the generous each way quote.

PAKENHAM: RACE 8 @ 9:30 PM

GROOVY KINDA LOVE (4) led throughout recording a 5 length win here last time. Up in grade here but a repeat of that will see her go close. SCARLETT HEART (1) bounced back to winning form with a solid win at Stawell last time out. Fit and in form and rates as a leading contender again. OFF SHORES PEARL (3) enjoyed a good run to claim a narrow victory at Kilmore last time. Cannot be underestimated with a repeat performance here. ANGEL ROCK (5) has been freshened since making some ground at Sandown last time and back to this trip is worthy of thought.
SELECTIONS: Back Groovy Kinda Love.

KILMORE: RACE 5 @ 3:30 PM

GREAT BAY (4) worked home nicely here a fortnight earlier over 1112m. Up in distance can suit and looks a good chance. ZOOLOGY (3) didn't do itself a lot of favours in that Malevolent race but still finished just over a length away. Can't be discounted. PIPE DREAMS (5) could figure in wider exotics from a good barrier. KING OF VANDALS (2) goes well over the trip and has reasonable wet form. Could be the value runner. OUR AUGUST ROSE (6) just needs to settle better in the run but if all goes right can figure in first fours.
SELECTIONS: King Of Vandals each-way.
