Racecourse : Wagga (Australia)
Racecourse : Wagga (Australia)

WAGGA: RACE 8 @ 5:16 PM

THE DEEPEST SECRET (5) has become very consistent lately, winning two of her last three races. Bolted in last start at Canberra and Penza stays with the mare. Genuine Contender. STAND YOUR GROUND (7) returns from a freshen-up today. Was only three lengths off them in a Highway two starts back, and was close in this grade latest. Just has to run up to those to be in the finish here. UNDERGROUND MUSIC (3) had a run to forget last time out at Canberra. Was racing well prior to that and a tick-over trial will hold her in good stead here. Big player. MISS ELSIE MAY (10) won when returning for a new trainer three back, before two solid runs not beaten far. Has only missed the place once at this course. Each-way claims. COME GET ME (13) has been racing well recently and won't be far away. SELECTIONS: The Deepest Secret to keep on her winning ways.

GERALDTON: RACE 3 @ 2:37 PM

SIGNIFICANT HERO (3) came from the back first-up to win the CL1 and then was just beat at this level. The longer sprint suits and fitter again he can finish over the top of them. MACHALI (5) is back from the mile seeking the hat-trick. Improved sharply the latest and is a decent chance to go on. FOXHOOD (1) won the CL1 by a space and didn't miss by far this level after. Gets Rawiller first time and that's a push. SONIC DASH (4) needs a good ride but can build on the Maiden win. SELECTIONS: Backing Significant Hero to win a good contest.

MUDGEE: RACE 1 @ 1:15 PM

This looks a race with only a few hopes. EMERIZ (1) has been thereabouts at his only two starts including a close-up second over this track and trip last time out. Hutchings has been in the irons for both starts and sticks. Looks the one to beat. GATTLING GUN (2) was very good on debut when second at Wellington. Will have taken natural improvement from that experience and can be right in the finish. ANOTHER SUPER (5) has had a few chances but go on solid second at Port Macquarie two starts back over this journey. In the mix. YOU EXCITE ME (8) placed over this course and distance two starts before the spell and can earn a cheque. KHUMBU (4) will find this easier than recent efforts and is best of the rest. SELECTIONS: Emeriz to win.

PAKENHAM SYNTHETIC: RACE 6 @ 4:00 PM

BELLA AMORE (5) looks well placed resuming in this grade. Her first up form and form at the distance is better than it reads on paper and despite an awkward draw she can go close fresh. STICKS (6) was a good winner last start in this grade on the Heavy. The extra distance should suit and he has to be respected again despite a wide draw. TRIPLE RED (8) is perhaps suited over slightly further but she's worth including off a good effort last start. THAT SONG (2) caught the eye closing late last start when first up and he's worth including in the multiples here with added fitness. ALGAFFAAL (1) races well at the track and can't be taken lightly here with sound first up stats. SELECTIONS: Bella Amore can go close first up.

SUNSHINE COAST: RACE 6 @ 4:15 PM

JOY TOO ALL (5) had trialled well and walloped the Maidens here on resumption. Ran a firm favourite and fitter just needs another good ride from a top hoop to be winning again. GLITTER STRIP (4) is also in good hands and resumes off a lip defeat at Doomben. Has warmed up with a Doomben trial and will have come on. Draws to advantage and should go close. THE LIONESS (12) has impressed both start back and it was a big effort from the back placing the latest. gets a low barrier today can make the finish. MISS TWENTY TWO (8) resumes for the new yard off an Eagle Farm Maiden win. Gets the rail and the two trials should have her ready. SELECTIONS: Backing Joy Too All.

TERANG: RACE 5 @ 3:35 PM

DIRT ON HARRY (3) will manage the wide gate and seeks the hat-trick off a smart Pakenham win. Promising and can take the next step. SIRIUS DEAL (12) ran along and was just beat at the mile on resumption. He has more to offer off that and should go close. LION'S SHARE (10) resumes at the mile and and has raced over a trip at Group 3 level. Needs a good ride but has plenty of ability and keep onside. NATIONAL GUARD (11) reaches peak fitness for a form yard and draws for a soft run. Won the 58 well and three winners have come out of that. SELECTIONS: Backing Dirt On Harry.
