Racing and Sports highlight our standout plays for major Australian TAB meetings on June 27.
Australian TAB thoroughbred meetings are today held at Werribee, Dubbo, Grafton, Casterton, Naracoorte, Devonport, Roma and Broome.
WERRIBEE: RACE 6 @ 3:20PM
BET RED (3) ran favourite just nudged out at Ballarat on the heavy and then was backed again winning this grade comfortably at Swan Hill. In good hands and fitter looks capable of repeating. DIAQUIN (6) gets to peak and missed a whisker the latest. Draws well and is a chance with the blinkers coming off. JENKINS (5) always puts in and will be around the mark with the blinkers on again. SELECTIONS: Going with Bet Red.

GRAFTON: RACE 3 @ 12:50PM
Looks a race where LOOKONCHINA (4) can finally break through. He has been super honest without winning never missing the top five in eight career starts. Has placed over this track and trip and is drawn perfectly for Bennett in gate two. Will be at peak fitness now and looks very hard to run down. AGENT NINETY NINE (9) will strip fitter third-up from the spell and can earn a cheque. DEEP THRILLZ (10) ran above market expectations on debut at Nowra. Will be better for the race experience and stays under notice. SELECTIONS: Lookonchina to win.
CASTERTON: RACE 6 @ 2:30PM
TINTINWIN (1) is lightly raced and progressing nicely through his grades having won two of his six starts to date. He'll make his own luck on speed and handles rain affected going. This distance should suit and he's a good chance of making it two wins on end. MISS BRIXTON (9) is yet to miss a place in four runs back from a spell including a win. She only went down narrowly last start when well supported and it would be no surprise to see her go one better in this race. SPRING BREAK (4) didn't have the best of luck in running last start when a close up third. If the track isn't too wet he'll be hard to beat. BEETWENTYNINE (2) is racing well and is worth including up to this distance fourth up. SELECTIONS: Tintinwin ticks plenty of boxes.
NARACOORTE: RACE 5 @ 3:00 PM
LUCIAN (3) was impressive winning by 6 len at Edenhope last time out. He's a winner here and on heavy ground and does look a big winning hope again. EARLY PLEA (2) was runner-up at Bendigo three starts back and comes off a fair effort at Swan Hill but this is a step down in class and he's an improver. FIRST REWARD (6) has a handy record fresh and is a winner on heavy ground, He has also won two races here and was thereabouts before a break. REWARDING LAUGHTER (1) is two from two on heavy ground. SELECTIONS: Lucian to win again.
BROOME: RACE 7 @ 4:45 PM
UNBREAKABLE (2) ran along and won the 58 comfortably. Keeps a low gate and the handy 3kg claim. The mile suits and he can make it a double. ELLEOFADEEL (6) was on speed and faded late resuming against the above. Had switched from Victoria and has more up the sleeve. Can get closer despite drawing the outside barrier. RAYARNIE (11) was in the market resuming for the new yard at Port Hedland but didn't fire. Also draws out but the mile suits and expect an improved effort. ABLE ENGINE (4) is also ex Victorian and raced favourite first-up when disappointing. Has more to give and quick improvement is likely. Keep very safe. SELECTIONS: Backing Unbreakable to win.
