Racing and Sports highlight our standout plays at Australian TAB meetings for June 28.

Australian thoroughbred TAB meetings are today held at Taree and Pakenham Synthetic.

BUCK PHAROAH (4) ran on from midfield to win by a length last start at Port Macquarie. Drawn well again here and Louise Day stays in the saddle. Will prove hard to beat. ADAMDEEANT (3) is a consistent galloper who did a few things wrong in the straight last time out when finishing sixth at Muswellbrook. The start prior at this track and trip was much better. The in form Reece Jones takes the ride. Will make his presence felt. KHITAAMY (6) was rounded up late at Bathurst last start when finishing fourth. Gets a favourable draw to sit on the pace. Won't be far away. CHASING COMETS (2) returns from a spell today and has won first-up in the past. Turned in an impressive trial win at Scone leading into this. Must be respected.

PAKENHAM SYNTHETIC: RACE 6 @ 3:00 PM

HELEVA DEEL (3) won the Maiden here at the mile and did an impressive job. Draws low today and Ben Allen sticks. She's well-bred and can take the next step. GOLDEN FOURTH (1) won the Maiden first-up and then didn't have the best of it from the wide gate in stronger than this. Gets the rail today and a leading hoop and is a chance to bounce. SEA PRINCESS (4) is in good hands and has more to give third-up. The winkers are on again. ALOVELYBROWNHORSE (6) has been busting to win in better class but has to manage a big dip in trip on a month return.
