Racing and Sports highlight our standout plays at Australian TAB meetings for June7.
Australian thoroughbred TAB meetings are today held at Goulburn, Taree, Ballarat and Northam.
GOULBURN: RACE 2 @ 1:05 PM
SUPRINA (8) returns from a break for the Jarrod Austin stable. Finished off last campaign with a fourth at Yarra Valley. Was placed in a Hawkesbury trial in preparation for this. Will be hard to beat AGENT MOON (1) boxed on well after leading to finish third at Albury last start. Billy Owen retains the ride. Will be in the finish. WILKSHIRE (11) gets in with 52.5kg after the claim of Zac Wadick. Got bumped at the start last time out and settled at the rear of the field which was unsuitable. Drawn well and with the light weight should give this a sight. BLEUE'S CHOICE (2) wasn't far away last start at the Sapphire Coast and races on his home track today. Blaike McDougall takes the ride which is a good push. Not to be discounted.

Looks a winnable race for IMPACT STAR (1). Is the most experienced galloper and only winner in the field. McLellan has had four steers for a win and two seconds and sticks. Looks the one they all have to run down. XTRA APPROVAL (12) has been thereabouts without winning placing in the top five at all five career starts to date. Drawn perfectly for Looker in gate two and can be in it a long way. LUSCINIA (3) has had two trials in preparation for this and is sure to be well-educated from a good barn. Keep safe. MY ONE (9) wasn't disgraced on debut and will take plenty of benefit from that race day experience. In the mix. INSPIRATION (8) best of the rest on the back of a last start fourth.

NORTHAM: RACE 7 @ 4:03 PM
DEPUTANO (4) placed first-up as favourite and then was backed again winning at Pinjarra by 3L with Pike riding first time. He sticks and fitter the mare can repeat drawn well. BUTTERLEA LAD (2) is third-up off the win and near-miss at this track. Will come over and ride the speed and the mile shouldn't bother. Keeps the handy 3kg claim. CONQUERED ZONE (9) is in the top yard and just missed first-up with Pike aboard. Is suited this trip and over longer and can make the finish in light with the 3kg claim.
