A very adaptable gelding, his versatility will be important. His did trial positively over a week ago so is in a good frame of mind.
Always like backing horses with solid strike rates in recent campaigns after drawing nicely, especially for an apprentice. He’s had support already too.
The Lindsay Park two year olds are already flying and so it won’t surprise if Long Leaf can keep their roll going.
He is by Fastnet Rock from a good barrier and you only need to see any price movement to be on.
He clearly won’t be in their best lot of juveniles to be running here but being up and going so early is a positive sign for this breed.
There is early money for this runner as well.
