Winner of the Grand Prix Stakes (Gr 3, 2200m) at this track in 2017, Order Again recorded his second stakes success in scoring here, his sixth win in 18 starts. He settled in seventh place on the rails behind a good tempo before getting between runners on straightening. He then took the lead on passing the 100m and went on to score well. The favourite Tom Melbourne went to the front, raced a little keenly and at a good tempo, held a break on the 200m but then just battled on for another second, his third in succession and his 14th in his 44-start career. Le Juge settled back in tenth place on the rails, got along the inner on turning for home, got a split at the 200m and then ran on nicely to take third just in front of Salsonic, who was a handy fourth for most of the journey before holding on well to retain that position, beaten just over two lengths.
