The Winter Derby known as the Belmont Classic is the main race in Perth on Saturday.
We were on Chantrea to win the Belmont Oaks and beat the odds on fav last start but that shortie got scratched so we ended up at a much shorter price.
While she is even shorter right now herself, we do think she has real staying potential so another furlong only helps.
Breeding suggests the further the better and William Pike is building a great association with her.
Can't see the boys posing too many problems for her so she just has to beat home the fillies she wore down in the Oaks.
Happy to have her as the first leg of a double again.
With the prospect of a wet track and therefore a testing surface, we'll go for a Dundeel 4yo to love getting out to the mile in Race 6.
Truly Great got way back in the field first up and closed off without looking like winning when resuming here two weeks ago.
However you must consider second up last time in he was a winner and on breeding wants this and more.
From the gate he will get back once more but hoping it becomes a race whereby the leaders are in a world of pain late.
Pike usually times these things to perfection and the mile is easier for those to get back and hit the line.
