The outsider Saturn Rock won only her third race and her first in almost two years in taking out this Listed event. She settled back in second last place from her wide barrier (10) but improved well nearing the home turn. She moved up quickly at the 200m, hit the lead at the 100m and went on to win in good style, going well at her second run this preparation.

Breakfast In Bed was back in eighth place (between runners) to the home turn, she switched out at the 250m but took a while to wind-up and then came with a late run to take second.

Little Brown Horse[/n] was sixth, one off the rails, moved up under riding at the turn and kept fighting on for a sound third. was outside the leader to the home turn, hit the front at the 200m and fought on quite well for (1.2 lengths) fourth.

The favourite Queen Of The Lochs led in the early stages before settling in third place on the rails. But she was under riding from the home turn and then just kept battling on for (2.5 lengths) fifth.
