Arcadia Queen wins Sky Racing-W.A. Guineas Group 2 $500,000 at Ascot, 1600m.

The only three fillies in the race filled the placings with victory going to the very smart Bob Peters-raced Arcadia Queen , who has now won four of her five starts. She began well from her good barrier (3) and settled more handily placed that expected in third spot on the rails, before William Pike angled her into clear running on straightening.
She then dashed clear before going on to score very easily in an impressive performance.

Lady Cosmology raced in sixth place, one off the rails, moved up well coming to the home turn and ran on nicely for second, having no chance with the winner.

Flirtini settled near the tail of the field, on the rails. She saved ground on the inner at the home turn, went to fourth at the 300m and kept fighting on well on the rails for third
