Henry the Dolphin broke a long run of outs when he brought up win number three from forty starts in the opening event of 2600 metres at Morphettville on Saturday.

Prepared at Oakbank by former jumps jockey Mark Faust and guided to victory by Sairyn Fawke Henry the Dolphin came from a midfield position with a strong run over the concluding stages.

Hoop Harry Coffey continued his good association with Adelaide racing when Yulong Monoceros took out the 1050 metre second race.

Prepared jointly by trainers Ciaron Maher and David Eustace Yulong Monoceros came from a near last position to win.

Shark in the Water continued the form of a last start second on the Parks track when he won the 1500 metre third race.

Trained by the Hayes, Hayes and Dabernig combination and having the services of Carey Parish, Shark in the Water was well placed.

Balf’s Choice returned to winning form after not having graced the winner’s stall in over a year when he won the 1600 metre fourth race.

Being under the care of Ryan Balfour and bringing up successive wins for Corey Parish, Balf’s Choice came from last with a withering run over the concluding stages.

Todd Pannell landed his third winner in three days when Single Handed was too slick for his rivals when he took out the 1800 metre fifth race.

Bringing up his second successive win after winning at Terang the Nick Smart prepared Single Handed was not far off the pace for the entire journey.

Todd Pannell brought up back to back wins when he rode Zalmona to a win in the 1050 metre sixth race.

Prepared on the course by Peter Blanch Zalmona was last on the turn before running on strongly to bring up his seventh win from thirty-one starts.

Illustrious Lad returned to form in grand style when he won the listed 1200 metre City of Marion Stakes.

Prepared by Peter Gelagotis at Moe and having the services of Anthony Darmanin Illustrious Lad came from a midfield position to win and take his earnings to $810,000.

Hoop Sairyn Fawke brought up his second winner for the day and book ended the meeting when he rode France’s Boy to a win in the 1200 metre final event.

Prepared by John Hickmott at Murray Bridge France’s Boy returned to winning form when he came from a midfield position to win in a tight finish.
