Krone wins Camera House Darby Munro Listed $140,000 at Rosehill, 1200m.

Mick Price-trained filly Krone ,who was having her second run this preparation and her first start in Sydney, scored a good win here. She settled nicely for Damien Oliver back in eighth place, on the rails, tracking a good pace. She improved well along the inner in the straight, challenged at the 100m and finished best to win well.

Team Hawkes-trained gelding Wild Planet got through from his inside barrier (1) to be one of a trio of leaders (racing on the rails). He held a narrow lead at the 300m and then kept fighting gamely for a very good second in a smart first-up effort.

The favourite Classique Legend began well from his outside barrier (8) but was then caught three wide, sharing the lead. He challenged on straightening and battled very gamely for third after a difficult trip, his first defeat in three starts.
