Tyzone wins Tab Goldmarket Listed $125,000 at Gold Coast, 1200m.

With six chances across the track at the 100m, Tyzone got up in the last stride for win 15 and his maiden stakes win from 28 career starts. He settled back of midfield (one out) and gradually improved to be in behind the leading bunch just prior to straightening.

Into the straight he had to wait to pull wider, was one of six leaders across the track at the 100m then thrust his head out right on the line to get the nod by a head.

Malvern Estate sat fourth, one out from the 500m, third turning in and co-led at the 100m. He looked like he was doing best but was nutted right at the post.

Freddie Fox Trot was third (rails) turning in, hugged the rails down the straight and co-led at the 100m but was outgunned yet only another head back in third.

Manaya was also one of the six chances at the 100m but was out-finished but a close up fourth.
