Godolphin-raced four-year-old Isaurian scored a very narrow but good win, aided by a very good ride by James McDonald.

He settled in fifth place between runners, got into clear running at the 200m and then kept running on to grab a last-stride win, his fifth in 12 starts and his first at stakes level.

Straturbo had a nice trip behind a quick tempo, racing in third place. He went to the front coming to the 100m, only to be grabbed at the post for second by a very close margin.

In Good Time settled in seventh place on the rails, got along the inner on turning for home and gained a late opening to take third from Keen Array ,who ran on well from back in 11th place for (1.1 lengths) fourth, with the speedy leader Whypeeo finishing fifth, beaten just under two lengths after setting a quick pace.
