RACE 1

MY HORSE (4) - Showed good signs last start when coming back to Class 5 for the first time. Improved effort to finish fourth beaten 4.4L by Uncle Lucky. Did race wide without cover, gets a better run here from gate No 2. Top chance.
KO OLINA (3) - Was only run down at her most recent run in last run. Has been kept fresh and back to 1000m suits. Patrick Moloney gets aboard and she should be on speed and run well.
LEO (2) - Broke through for his maiden win last time and should be respected again. Drawn to lead and should give a great sight.
ALARANCH (10) - Is off a rating of 33 now and she should be effective off that mark. Can put herself up on the pace and is worth including.

RACE 2

MR MALEK (8) – Performed well on debut. Got back from a poor gate but was strong to the line finishing third. Drawn to get an economical run, so expect bold showing.
IRON RULER (7) – Performed well on debut despite doing a lot wrong. Poorly drawn, so will need the right breaks but has the ability to contest the business end.
GOLD SPIRIT (6) – On debut. Has trialled up well leading into this affair and his trainer Ricardo Le Grange has a great success rate with this sire. Monitor parade and market moves.
MISTER DYNAMO (15) – Yet to gain a start due to being first emergency. Capable of contending if he gains entry. Keep safe.

RACE 3

MR FAT KIDDY (2)
– Has been knocking on the door in tougher races. Finds conditions to suit and is well drawn to perform with the claim of Joseph See. Commands respect.
LUCKY TRIO (6) – Worth forgiving last start. Goes back onto the turf surface and will appreciate the rise in journey. Has the ability to fight out the finish.
SUN FORMATION (1) – Performed well on debut at 1400m. Will strip fitter for this assignment, so don't ignore. Must be considered from the good alley.
BEST BAY (8) – Has been racing well without winning. Will appreciate the lightweight and is worth considering for the minor end.

RACE 4

IRVING LIPSCHITZ (2) - Has drawn very wide here in 16 but there doesn't look a lot of early speed in this race. With the long run to the first turn from the mile start, he should be able to come across in his own time. Hard to beat.
HIGHER SOUL (5) - Hit the line strongly on Derby Day in a Class 4 1600m. Will get back in the field here but expect another big run from this mare.
O'WHAT A FEELING (7) - Should be fully fit now and trainer Shane Baertschiger has gone for the blinkers and No 1 stable rider John Powell third-up from a spell. Respect.
ARCHIE (14) - Races out of his class here but with a light weight is worth including. Raced in restricted room last start when finishing off hard into second.

RACE 5

LORD JUSTICE (1) - Has had a trial since running a distance third to Ocean Crossing on July 5. That was a brutally run race and he's been given time to get over that. Can be forgiven for his beaten margin that day. Expect a bold showing.
KUDA BAGUS (4) - Is racing well. Goes to 1400m here which is a slight query but he maps nicely from gate No 3 and with Benny Woodworth on again, he should run well. Looks a big danger.
MR ROCKWELL (6) - Was scratched at the barrier two weeks ago and has trialled again since. He looks to be going okay leading into this first-up run and is not out of this despite drawing wide.
ROCK ME EASY (3) - Has been a little disappointing but with Vlad Duric on, he may be able to find some improvement.

RACE 6

VESONTIO (11) - Has been racing in great form placing three at his last five starts. Like the booking for John Powell and draws well. He's very fit and can make use of the inside gate and race handy to the lead. Top chance.
O'REILLY STAR (2) - Suited back onto the Polytrack where he placed two starts back. Will be winning a Class 5 soon and this could be his race.
PACIFIC MYSTICAL (5) - Produced an honest effort last time behind Angel Halo when fourth. Was against the track bias of the day there but still did a good job. Among the chances.
SOUTHERN GLORY (10) - Resumes off a let up. Hasn't been to the races since July 5 but put in a good gallop this week and is capable of winning this if ready.

RACE 7

GRAND KOONTA (8) - Is nearly two months between runs here but has had a recent trial to keep him up to the mark. Alysha Collett will ride him at the 50kgs and James Peters has opted to put earmuffs on. This horse has always raced a little keen so the gear change could prove a masterstroke. Talented type, will go close.
SPECIAL KING (4) - Was very brave in defeat last start when third beaten 0.4L to Augustano. He will look for the front here and prove hard to get past.
ELITE POWER (1) - Never runs poorly and will get a nice run here behind the speed from gate No 2. Vlad Duric knows the horse well and gets the best out of him. Must respect.
CURVATURE (3) - Didn't handle the wet track on Singapore Derby day. Forgive that run. He can bounce back here.

RACE 8

SHANGANI (10)
– Performed well in tougher grade last start. On the quick back-up and drops in journey which is some concern but his last start effort is hard to ignore.
SUGARTIME JAZZ (5) – Experienced campaigner who is a versatile customer. Will appreciate the weight relief from Desmond Chan Wei Sheng and is worth considering for the business end.
JK FLASH (1) – The intriguing runner of the event. Steps up significantly in journey but is drawn to get the right run. Knockout hope.
HOOGA NET (3) – Hard to have on recent efforts but form from last season is worth considering. Not the worst.

RACE 9

REAL SUCCESS (7) – Improved dramatically at his second run and has since trialled extremely well leading into this affair. Drawn to get the right run, so expect bold showing.
ELITE INCREDIBLE (8) – Was a beaten favourite first-up over an unfavourable journey. Will strip fitter for this assignment and has the ability to fight out the finish. Major player.
GOLD STAR (10) – Isn't ideally drawn, so will likely be ridden with a sit. Was game in defeat last start and his recent trial indicates a bold showing is near. Worth thought.
NATIONALITY (4) – Racing well without winning. Will take up a forward role from the good gate and is capable of giving a sight. Don't dismiss.

RACE 10

TINGLE MARC (10)
– Worth forgiving last start. Drawn to sit more prominently and will appreciate the lightweight. Knockout chance in the race.
SUPER TALENT (12) – Has been racing well without winning. Well suited switching back to the Polytrack surface over the sprint journey so keep safe.
SEA DRAGON (6) – Won well last start. This assignment is significantly tougher from the wide gate but is worth considering with a repeat dose.
HUGO (5) – Absolutely bolted in last start. Clearly relished being on the Polytrack surface and finds conditions to suit yet again. Major player.
