Georgina Cartwright continued to impress Adelaide race-goers when she guided Regardsmaree to her second win in the 1400 metre opening event at Morpehttville on Saturday.

Coming out of the Caulfield stable of Henry Dwyer Regardsmaree was in the front division throughout the event.

Having his second start after a spell the Phillip Stokes trained Jason Holder ridden Defiant Dancer led all the way o break his maiden status in the 1250 metre second race.

Aagas returned to form when he won his first race this year in the 1950 metre third race. Being prepared by Ryan Balfour and steered to victory by apprentice Lewis German Aagas raced into a prominent position soon after the start before going on to win.

Returning from a spell Handsome Return was well placed in taking out the 1250 metre fourth race.

Prepared on the track by Will Clarken and having the services of Todd Pannell Handsome Return may be a contender for the $100,000 listed 1600 metre Balaklava Cup on Sept 11.

Trainer Tony McEvoy and his number one rider Barend Vorster continued on their winning way when Aten was successful in the 1250 metre fifth race.

Bringing up successive wins Aten led all the way to record his second win in four starts.

Trainer Will Clarken and hoop Todd Pannell landed their second winner for the afternoon when Bella Vella won the 1000 metre sixth race.

Coming off a solid fifth at her previous start at Caulfield Bella Vella held down a good position throughout the event.

Patrons were kept on their toes before Behemoth's number went into the frame in a very tight finish to the listed Penny Edition Stakes which was run over 1400 metres.

Being under the care of Goolwa mentor David Jolly and giving Todd Pannell his second winner for the day Behemoth worked his way through the field from near last.

Returning to racing after a spell Dexter You Devil was too strong for his rivals when he took out the 1400 metre final event.

Trained and ridden by Shayne Cahill, Dexter You Devil came from a near last position with a strong run to win.
