Nettoyer wins Bentley Angst Stakes Group 3 $160,000 at Randwick, 1600m.

Backing up from a very solid sixth in last week's Epsom Handicap (gr 1, 1600m), Nettoyer, a Group 3 winner here last autumn, fought hard over the final 200m and won well to claim her fourth career win.

She settled midfield before drifting to fifth last (rails) at the 1000m. She crept closer and past the 600m got away from the fence, found space three wide rounding into the straight and went wider upon straightening.

Balanced up, she went after the leaders, almost levelled up at the 200m then had to dig deep to grab the lead, which she did just short of the line.

Delectation Girl tracked the winner from the 600m but kept to the fence turning in. From the 350m she darted through next to the rail, moved out and grabbed the lead at the 100m, gave the winner a good fight but relented just short of the line.

Amangiri led them in, kept going strongly to the 100m but was caught then hung on well for third. There was a big gap to fourth, Organza running on fairly.
