Winning Trainer: Anthony & Sam Freedman (Sam speaking)
"First-up he was probably a little bit soft. He stopped a little quicker than I thought. J-Mac thought me night have been holding his breath. When he came back into the yard his tongue got over the bit.
"We upped his work and got the trial into him on Friday. The staff have done a terrific job. He paraded here really well.
"I think ridden really quietly with a finish - watching all of his replays overseas he is best when he can be held up and let rip with one run. He's got a really bright future."
Orr/Futurity suggested: "Definitely. He's got an amazing pedigree behind him and he's still an entire and there's plenty of races in the autumn for him.
"He's probably not a horse we're going to give a break. His coat is a little bit confused at the moment. He doesn't know whether he's in Ireland or Australia. He's on the rise and a horse that is going to be a player in the autumn."
Winning Jockey: Craig Williams
"For the horse to allow me to do this today, great crowds back, Glen Boss' last ride after 30 years in the saddle representing our industry as well as us jockeys, it is great to come out with a feature races today.
"He's a really nice European import that has a lot of upside when he starts putting things together.
"I'll be really excited to see where Anthony and Sam choose to go with him."
