Winless Adelaide have named defender Tom Doedee as stand-in skipper in the absence of injured captain Rory Sloane.
Adelaide have appointed 26-gamer Tom Doedee as stand-in AFL skipper.
Doedee will lead the winless Crows in the absence of regular captain Rory Sloane, who is sidelined for at least a month because of a broken hand.
Doedee was elected into Adelaide's leadership group in January, despite missing all of last season because of a knee reconstruction.
