St Kilda's Daniel McKenzie has been offered a one-match AFL ban for engaging in rough conduct against Port Adelaide star Ollie Wines.

The utility was cited for the third-quarter incident in the Saints' thumping 54-point defeat at Adelaide Oval on Sunday night.

Match review officer Michael Christian assessed the incident as careless conduct, medium impact and high contact.

Semi-finalists last year, St Kilda have slumped to 2-4 record with three of their losses finishing in blowouts.

Dumped Collingwood big man Mason Cox was booked for tripping in the VFL but was only offered a fine.

Richmond youngster Sydney Stack is trying to work his way back into form after an eventful off-season and he was given a reprimand for striking in the Tigers' VFL game against the Casey Demons.
