West Coast duo Jeremy McGovern and Jamie Cripps have escaped with fines for separate incidents against North Melbourne's Tarryn Thomas in Monday night's shock 10-point loss.

McGovern copped a $1000 fine for tripping Thomas late in the match.

Cripps was slapped with a $2000 fine for his gut punch on Thomas that was deemed intentional conduct, low impact, and body contact.

Thomas himself was fined $1500 for wrestling Cripps in the aftermath.

There were plenty of other angry moments in the match, but they were the only ones that warranted fines.

Think. Is this a bet you really want to place?
