Pakistan will arrive in Australia with a full-strength team ready to show why they are the world's best in Twenty20 cricket.
PAKISTAN TWENTY20 PLAYERS TO WATCH
* BABAR AZAM - Captaining his first series and arrives as the world's top-ranked Twenty20 batsman. Averages almost 50 in the format and strikes at above 125. Will open the batting and has been a major part of Pakistan's drive to be the best T20 team in the world.
* SHADAB KHAN - Dangerous legspinner who has already shown Australian crowds his skills during a brief Big Bash stint with Brisbane as a teenager two seasons ago. Turns both his leg break and wrong'un a long way, and claimed three scalps in Pakistan's warm-up win over a Cricket Australia XI.
* IMAD WASIM - World's No.2-bowler but also has a handy record with the bat. A left-arm spinner who is hard to get away, he goes at less than a run a ball in the T20 format. Powerful with the bat, he has the potential to walk to the wicket in the middle or lower order and go at a strike of above 150.
* FAKHAR ZAMAN - Loves playing against Australia. Hit a combined 160 runs across his two innings in his debut Test against them last year, and also averages almost 40 against the Aussies in T20 cricket. A clean striker at the top of the order, Fakhar will be charged with getting Pakistan off to flying starts.
* MOHAMMAD AMIR - Has come a long way since touring Australia as a 17-year-old a decade ago. While much has drama has surrounded off the field in his early years, he is still just as dangerous on it. One of three left-armers in Pakistan's attack, Amir still sends them down at speed with his ability to swing the ball back at the right-hander.
