Australia A declared at 4-349 in their second innings of the four-day match in Brisbane, setting the tourists a target of 460.
The English XI will resume at 3-136 on Sunday, when Test squad members Michael Neser and Mitch Swepson have a golden chance to bowl their side to victory at Ian Healy Oval.
Neser, who alongside Jhye Richardson will be in line for a second Ashes Test call-up at Adelaide Oval if Josh Hazlewood is unable to prove his fitness, has already delivered a total of 22.3 overs in the match.
Street, aged 23 and very much on national selectors' radar, finished 119 not out on Saturday.
Marsh picked up where he left off at the Twenty20 World Cup, clubbing seven sixes in an unbeaten 60 that came off just 27 balls.
The 31-year-old West Australian has struck career-best form this year, culminating in a man-of-the-match performance in Australia's T20 World Cup final triumph.
However, Marsh has fallen below Cameron Green in the allrounder pecking order for Australia's Test side.
Nic Maddinson (71) also enjoyed a productive stint in the middle on Saturday, while Usman Khawaja fell for five as Australia A sought to score quick runs.
Neser, who returned from a hamstring injury in this match, claimed the wicket of Rob Yates on Saturday after Matthew Renshaw snaffled a sharp catch at square leg.
