Australian golfer Brett Drewitt has notched the biggest win of his career, taking out the Korn Ferry tour tournament in America by a shot.
Australian golfer Brett Drewitt is a step closer to securing his US PGA Tour card after winning the Lincoln Land Championship in Illinois.
Drewitt closed with a three-under-par to finish at 19 under for the tournament for a one-shot victory over Englishman Harry Hall at the second-tier Korn Ferry Tour event.
His victory elevated the 29-year-old Sydneysider to 18th in the overall season standings.
The top 25 at season's end will earn their cards for the 2021-22 PGA Tour.
