WA bikie raid after warring gangs clash

3 minute read

Police have descended on a WA property and charged two men following an assault involving associates of the Rebels and Comancheros outlaw motorcycle gangs.

An investigation into an assault between Rebels and Comanchero bikie gang members has resulted in the charging two men and the seizure of weapons and drugs.

Western Australian police said on Saturday they recovered illegal items at a Byford property, south of Perth, linked to the Rebels Outlaw Motorcycle Gang and charged two men with fighting in public to cause fear and a string of other serious offences.

"We won't tolerate violence, intimidation and drug dealing in our community and our officers continue to target this criminal behaviour," Detective Senior Sergeant Jason Beesley said.
