The Brisbane Lions' scheduled home game against Collingwood on Thursday night has been moved from the Gabba to Marvel Stadium in Melbourne.
NRL
The Brisbane Broncos have flown to Sydney, a day earlier than planned, ahead of their Friday night away fixture against Melbourne Storm. The Broncos will be based in Sydney until at least their April 8 game against South Sydney while North Queensland and Cronulla are canvassing charter flights to the Sunshine Coast for their match on Saturday to avoid transit via Brisbane.
RUGBY UNION
The Queensland Reds have stayed in Sydney since their weekend match and will remain there until flying to Melbourne for Saturday's game against the Rebels.
CRICKET
Queensland's one-day and Sheffield Shield teams have flown to Sydney ahead of Wednesday's limited overs game against NSW and the Shield match against the Blues starting Saturday.
SOCCER
Brisbane Roar's scheduled home A-League game against Western Sydney on Saturday is in limbo, as is Brisbane's W-League home semi-final slated for Sunday or Monday.
BASKETBALL
The Brisbane Bullets' NBL home match against South East Melbourne Phoenix on Friday is in doubt.
WATER POLO
The Australian Water Polo League, due to feature 10 teams from across the country in Brisbane from Wednesday, has been cancelled.
