Australian snowboarder Tess Coady has claimed a bronze medal in the slopestyle event at the World Cup in Switzerland.

Australian snowboarder Tess Coady has continued her strong season by winning bronze at the World Cup in Switzerland, her second medal this month.

The consistent 20-year-old finished third in the slopestyle event at Silvaplana on Sunday with a score of 86.25.

Japan's Reira Iwabuchi won gold with 91.00 ahead of compatriot Kokomo Murase who scored 88.75 in the event, which involves rail and aerial tricks.

Melbourne-born Coady, who was the 2017 Junior World Champion, also won bronze at the World Championships in Aspen earlier this month.
