St George Illawarra winger Jordan Pereira has been released from hospital after been cleared of a spinal injury while playing in reserve grade.
Pereira was taken to hospital on Saturday when he landed awkwardly on his neck while trying to score against Newtown.
The Dragons tweeted on Tuesday the 26-year-old, who started on the wing over the opening 11 NRL rounds, had been discharged from hospital.
