*8: Queensland get their first penalty, after Jake Trbojevic is caught offside.

*15: Maroons try. Felise Kaufusi wins the race to a perfect Corey Norman grubber.

*17: Debutant Ethan Lowe converts his first Origin kick. QLD 6 NSW 2

*29: The tenth penalty of the game awarded, five to each side, with Lowe splitting the posts from just over ten metres out after yet another offside infringement. QLD 8 NSW 2

*34: A big break by James Tedesco carries the Blues deep into Maroons territory. Successive penalties awarded to NSW, but they opt to tap and go rather than kick for goal.

*35: NSW try. The Blues' enterprise is rewarded. Paul Vaughan takes a pass from Damien Cook and somehow he gets the ball over the line with three Queenslanders hanging on. NSW 6 QLD 8

*60: NSW try. Damien Cook scurries out of dummy half and shows great speed and footwork to beat three players and score a sensational solo try. NSW 18-8.

*61: Maloney converts. NSW 20-8.

*72: Queensland try. Tom Trbojevic pulls of a try-saving tackle on Kaufusi but a few seconds later Josh McGuire has just enough momentum to cross the line under a Cook challenge. NSW 20-12

*72: Lowe converts and Queensland get within a converted try. NSW 20-14.

*77: Queensland try. Lowe charges down a Maloney kick and takes the ball deep into Blues territory, Cherry-Evans sends Josh Papalii clear and he charges over the line. NSW 20-18

*78: Lowe converts to level the scores and continue his memorable debut. NSW 20-QLD 20

*80: NSW try. Blake Ferguson charges down the right hand side and comes close to touching the sideline, but gets way a pass inside, Tedesco wrong foots one defender and beats another to cross the line. The bunker checks the movement and gives it the OK. NSW 24-20.

80: Maloney converts. 26-20.
