Queensland captain Daly Cherry-Evans is confident they will be at full-strength for the State of Origin decider at Suncorp Stadium.

Daly Cherry-Evans is confident Queensland will have a full-strength side for the State of Origin decider on Wednesday night despite a number of injury concerns.

Winger Xavier Coates has a lower leg injury and only trained lightly on Sunday.

He will need to complete the full captain's run on Tuesday to be cleared to play.

Five-eighth Cameron Munster is in doubt after suffering a concussion in Game II, although both coach and captain are confident he will clear the necessary return to play protocols.

Munster played only two minutes of the second game in Sydney before he was ruled out and will need to follow strict guidelines to take the field at Suncorp Stadium.

Speaking on Monday, Cherry-Evans said there was no reason to assume either would miss the decider.

"I'm not a doctor but (Munster) has got no history to suggest he would miss this game because of the HIA stuff," he said.

"People make a song and dance about it but his history suggests that he's going to be fine.

"(Coates) missed a bit of the session there, he's carrying a bit of a lower leg injury.

"He has to train tomorrow to play so I don't know any other information that would suggest he's not going to play.

"But he definitely has to train tomorrow."

Despite his confidence in the 17 named, speculation is rife coach Wayne Bennett will shake up the final team when it is confirmed an hour before kick off on Wednesday.

Corey Allan, named on the wing, is believed to be set for a shift to fullback with Valentine Holmes moving to the edge to nullify NSW flyer Josh Addo-Carr.

"Who knows what Wayne has up his sleeve," Cherry-Evans said.

"But it's (Allan's) preferred position so I'm sure we'll see him there at some stage."

It would be a huge ask for the 22-year-old Allen in his Origin debut having played just 29 NRL games across two seasons.

Rookie of the year Harry Grant is set to debut from the bench.

But Cherry-Evans said the occasion would not overawe the pair.

"It's obviously a big occasion but that won't take away from the fact that they're excited to play their debut," he said.

"It's not for them to worry about, the stakes of it all.

"At the end of the day they've been picked for a reason so they just have to go out there and play.

"At the end of their debut it could be a series win, so it's pretty good timing to come in at the end of a series."
