Brad Fittler confirmed NSW will run out as named for the State of Origin decider while Luke Keary and Reagan Campbell-Gillard have been given early marks.

NSW's 27-man State of Origin squad is down to 23 after Luke Keary and Reagan Campbell-Gillard were granted permission to leave Blues camp early.

The Blues ramped up preparations for Wednesday's decider in stifling conditions on Monday, with their last full-field session before the Suncorp Stadium clash.

Josh Addo-Carr got through his first training run, since hurting his toe, unscathed with coach Brad Fittler confirming NSW would run out as named.

Both Keary and Campbell-Gillard have been given permission to leave camp, giving them a much-needed break from the NRL's bubble.

Neither player was named in the Blues' 21-man squad for Wednesday's match and are unable to travel to Queensland due to border restrictions.

It means Jarome Luai would come into the 17 if something was to happen to one of the halves before the match, unless Jack Wighton made a switch from centre.

The exits come after both Boyd Cordner and Cameron Murray left the squad on medical grounds after Game I.

NSW, meanwhile, continue to prepare to face Cameron Munster, with Queensland confident he can overcome a concussion to play in the decider.

The five-eighth's absence was crucial in Game II, after he went down in the second minute and the Maroons desperately missed his spark in attack as well as his defence on the left.

"Everyone knows how good of a player Munster is," Blues halfback Nathan Cleary said.

"With Munster coming back into the team he attracts a lot of attention from us, and we need to be on our game."

Meanwhile, Fittler's decision to stick with his named team means Ryan Papenhuyzen will miss out on an Origin debut this year.

There had been some thought given to adding the Clive Churchill Medallist to the bench for versatility but Fittler has instead opted to stick with the four middles that won in Sydney.
