NSW PLAYER RATINGS FROM ORIGIN I:-
1 James Tedesco - 8.5
The Blues captain was solid at the back, playing his regular support role through the middle and racking up 181 running metres.
2 Brian To'o - 9.5
A dream State of Origin debut for the Penrith winger, scoring a double as well as running 215 metres - the highest of any player on the field.
3 Latrell Mitchell - 9
Barnstorming centre had a triumphant return to Origin, terrorising the left edge with two tries and a try assist.
4 Tom Trbojevic - 9.5
Brought his stunning NRL form to Origin level to score three tries in one of the most dominant performances in recent history.
5 Josh Addo-Carr - 7
Didn't get as involved on his edge but was solid in defence and kept the Maroons defenders in two minds.
6 Jarome Luai - 8
The Panthers five-eighth made it look easy in his Origin debut, polishing off the night with a try-assist for Tom Trbojevic's second.
7 Nathan Cleary - 9
The best game he has played at this level, Cleary calmly controlled the win and toughed out some solid hits.
8 Daniel Saifiti - 8
Took gutsy runs and scored his first Origin try off a set-play under the posts to make up for his three errors.
9 Damien Cook - 7.5
The South Sydney hooker was at his scheming best around the ruck and broke the line several times.
10 Jake Trbojevic - 6
Only had half an hour on the field but made 55 metres and 22 tackles without missing one.
11 Cameron Murray - 7
Toughed out 57 minutes after playing just one game in a month before coming into Origin.
12 Tariq Sims - 7
Was a handful on the left edge and came up with a brilliant cut out pass to hand Brian To'o his first Origin try.
13 Isaah Yeo - 8.5
Typified Origin spirit with a huge defensive effort to stop Dane Gagai scoring with just five minutes left on the clock.
14 Jack Wighton - 4
Had a fractured 18 minutes on the field in a true utility performance, but didn't have much impact.
15 Junior Paulo - 5
Had five runs for 66 metres in a solid 33-minute stint from the bench.
16 Payne Haas - 8.5
A huge performance from the Broncos prop, punching holes in the Queensland line with 138 metres and 29 tackles without a miss.
17 Liam Martin - 6
Played half an hour from the bench but terrorised Maroons halves in his short stint.
