Manly have lost left centre Brad Parker and right winger Jason Saab to injuries in a double blow to their backline stocks before Tom Trbojevic's NRL return.

Manly have suffered a double blow to their backline stocks with Brad Parker sustaining a potentially serious knee injury and Jason Saab unavailable for up to a month.

Already without suspended utility Karl Lawton after he entered a guilty plea on Monday for a dangerous throw, the Sea Eagles have lost another two players almost immediately.

Scans have revealed Parker -- who has been one of Manly's most reliable players at centre -- had partially torn his ACL after twisting his knee in Friday night's loss to South Sydney.

He will spend the next month in rehabilitation before Manly decide what to do next, amid hopes the consequences are not as serious as the season-ending nature of a full tear.

Saab was found to have suffered ligament damage in his toe, after he left Central Coast Stadium in a moon boot.

He will miss between three to four weeks of action to leave Manly light on in the outside backs.

It comes as the Sea Eagles hope to have Tom Trbojevic back for Saturday's clash with Wests Tigers.

That would allow Reuben Garrick to move back to the wing in Saab's spot, while Ben Trbojevic or Morgan Harper will likely cover Parker's absence.
