STAT ATTACK: Brisbane stunned with three goals in the opening 17 minutes in their 5-2 win over Melbourne Victory. It was the fastest a team had scored three opening goals in A-League history.

TALKING POINT: It's shaping up to be a tough season for Melbourne Victory with just one win from their first five games. One of the biggest clubs in the A-League, they are now bottom of the ladder after that defeat in Redcliffe and Newcastle's 1-0 win over Melbourne City.

UNDER PRESSURE: Melbourne's big clubs Victory and City, who are both floundering at the bottom of the ladder after their latest losses. City's 1-0 defeat by Newcastle on Sunday had them looking particularly toothless at times.

UP NEXT: Sydney FC will look to correct their worrying home record at Netstrata Jubilee Stadium on Monday night, where they have won just one of their last five games. They will host Wellington, who have a poor record against the Sky Blues.
