Japan’s three hopefuls finished in 7th, 11th and 12th place, respectively, in the Prix de l’Arc de Triomphe at Longchamp Racecourse on Sunday.

The Osaka Hai will stage a line-up of top turf runners of all ages beginning with a tough group of four-year-olds.

Blast Onepiece wins this year’s Arima Kinen to claim his first G1 title.

Blast Onepiece, the only three-year-old in the race, won Japan’s $7.5m Arima Kinen at Nakayama on Sunday with Hugh Bowman’s mount Cheval Grand third.
