Trainer Neil King was impressed with Lil Rockerfeller’s chasing debut victory

Leading staying hurdler Lil Rockerfeller is on course to return in the £40,000 bet365 Hurdle (2.40pm, 12 entries) over three miles at Wetherby on Saturday, November 4, day two of the bet365 Meeting.

Entries are unveiled today for the three richest contests at Ascot's exciting Christmas Weekend, which takes place on Friday and Saturday, December 16 and 17.

Lil Rockerfeller is set to return to Ascot next month for a crack at the JLT Long Walk Hurdle with the World Hurdle at Cheltenham the ultimate aim in the spring.

Ante-post favourite Annie Power and Lil Rockerfeller have been added to the feature £436,000 Grade One Stan James Champion Hurdle at Cheltenham on day one of The Festival, Champion Day, Tuesday, March 15.
