It was fitting that the Patrick Lee trained Mission Gdragon won Saturdays Class 2 & 3 Handicap over 1200 metres on the turf at Taipa under Oscar Chavez.

Brazilian jockey Ruan Maia treated Macau racegoers to a great display of horsemanship in getting Pearl Green first across the line in the Class 4 Handicap over 1500 metres on the turf at Taipa on Sunday.

The Macau meeting on August 6 belonged to popular owners Mok Shing Fung and Nelson Lee Koon Leong with their four runners winning two races and picking up two second place cheques.
