The much anticipated return of Grade 1 action in Japan happens on Sunday, Sep. 30, when the Sprinters Stakes kicks off, the 52nd running of the race will be at Nakayama Racecourse in Chiba Prefecture.

Once again, the main event of the week will be staged at Kyoto Racecourse, just a week before the international gala Japan Cup.

The top-level racing action in Japan on March 26 is at Nagoya’s Chukyo Racecourse,with the running of the G1 Takamatsunomiya Kinen, a 1200m sprint on turf.
