Consistent filly Secret Allure made a successful return to Riccarton on Saturday when she stormed home to capture the Listed NZB Airfreight Stakes (1600m).

History repeated for the same owners, trainer and jockey as last year’s winner Dijon Bleu when the Zacinto filly Secret Allure won the G3 Desert Gold Stakes at Trentham.

The Lisa Latta-trained Secret Allure secured her biggest career success when she stormed to victory in Saturday’s Gr.3 Williment Travel Group Desert Gold Stakes (1600m) at Trentham.

The New Zealand Bloodstock Select Sale at Karaka is where it all began for this season’s NZ Filly of the Year Dijon Bleu and the same connections struck black type gold for a second time when Secret Allure won Saturday’s Listed Champagne Stakes at Riccarton.

Secret Allure has continued her family’s affinity with Riccarton.
