The BRC Sires' Produce Stakes is a Group 2 race for two-year-olds conducted by the Brisbane Racing Club at Eagle Farm during the Queensland racing carnival.

The Sires Produce Stakes has a long history going back to 1882 and was held spasmodically until it became a permanent fixture on the racing calendar as the Queensland Turf Club Sires' Produce Stakes in 1916 until the QTC merger with the Brisbane Turf Club in 2010 to form the Brisbane Racing Club.

Eagle Farm was the traditional home of the Sires' Produce Stakes. The distance from its inception until 2012 was 1400m.

In 2013 the race was transferred to Doomben and shortened to 1350m. It is now back at Eagle Farm at 1400m.

The BRC Sires' Produce Stakes is run under set weight conditions.

The BRC Sires' Produce Stakes was awarded Group 2 status in 1980 and was promoted to Group One in 1987. It reverted to Group 2 in 2006.

It was not held during the war years from 1942-45 and was lost due to adverse weather in 1988 and 1999.

The BRC Sires' Produce Stakes is a natural progression for two-year-olds who previously contested the G2 Champagne Classic over 1200m at Doomben earlier in the carnival and for those set to rise to 1600m in the G1 JJ Atkins.

The Champagne Classic/Sires' Produce Stakes double has been completed by Lovely Jubly (2002), Virage De Fortune (2005), Pressday (2010), Sizzling (2012) and Cifrado (2023).

The Sires' Produce Stakes/JJ Atkins (TJ Smith) double has been won 12 times by Romantic Dream (1976), Luskin Star (1977), Zephyr Zip (1979), Royal Paree (1980), Flotilla (1987), Slight Chance (1992), Mahogany (1993), Anthems (1996), Juanmo (2001), Lovely Jubly (2002), Pressday (2010), Sizzling (2012) and Sheeza Belter (2022).

Tommy Smith (Sea Sovereign, Tulloch, Rajah, Merry Minstrel, Zahedi) and Eric Kirwan (Kiwanis, Prince Gauntlet, Heroic Isle, Zephyr Zip, Star Of The Knight) each trained five winners of the QTC Sires' Produce Stakes.

The 2020 BRC Sires Produce Stakes was cancelled due to the coronavirus.

It was recently increased and is now worth $1,000,000 in 2023.

Other notable winners of the QTC/BRC Sires' Produce Stakes include Lough Neagh, Spear Chief, Prince Morvi, Tulloch, Fine And Dandy, Rajah, Charlton Boy, Karaman, Vite Cheval, Red Anchor, True Version, Shame, Al Mansour, Dracula, Danleigh, Shoot Out, Hot Snitzel, Zoustar and Melody Belle.

The 2023 BRC Sires' Produce Stakes was won by Cifrado from Snapback and Chrysaor.
