On the back of a successful autumn in Sydney, Chris Waller will chase more feature race success in Adelaide and Brisbane.

The curtain has closed on the Sydney autumn carnival but for leading trainer Chris Waller, that just means his team will turn its attention interstate. 

Sydney's dominant conditioner for more than a decade, Waller wrapped up his carnival with a G1 All Aged Stakes victory courtesy of stable stalwart Kolding. 

It was Waller's 125th win at the highest level and his 14th this season, and he isn't finished yet. 

He is already turning his attention to the upcoming carnival in South Australia, where he will have Saturday's Caulfield winner Brookspire and Millie Fox Stakes victor Subpoenaed in the Australasian Oaks (2000m), a race he won with Toffee Tongue last year. 

"I would say we're in a bit of a rebuilding stage at the moment, so things are looking good," Waller said. 

"I was only saying to (assistant trainer) Charlie Duckworth (on Saturday) morning how we feel so on top of everything and we know all our horses so well. 

"It's not (easy) but you need the right horses to come along to do it as well. 

"Adelaide is looking OK. We'll have Subpoenaed and Brookspire next Saturday. It's probably the right race for both of them, and in Queensland we'll be very strong." 

Among Waller's winter carnival aspirants will be Senor Toba, who staked his claims for a Queensland Derby start with a strong win in Saturday's Frank Packer Plate (2000m). 

The action will heat up in Queensland next weekend with the running of the G2 Queensland Guineas (1600m) and weight-for-age Victory Stakes (1200) at Eagle Farm.
