Leading riders Jake Toeroek and Lachlan Neindorf added feature race wins to their super seasons in the saddle at Morphettville on Saturday.

Lachlan Neindorf claiming the Listed City Of Adelaide Stakes (1400m) aboard My Khalifa while Jake Toeroek helped secure Ben and J D Hayes their first metropolitan treble when Caste won the H C Nitschke Stakes (1400m).

The big day for Hayes started when Azaly arrived in time on the back of a superb Ben Melham ride before the combination made it a race to race double when Conqueror scored a narrow victory.

Caste, who upset a heavily backed Royal Merchant, set to bypass this week's Australasian Oaks in preference for the Queen Of The South Stakes where she'll take on the older horses at 1600m.

Melham grabbed himself a third Adelaide win when Kallos powered over the top of rivals to win the Group 3 R N Irwin Stakes (1100m) to make it three wins in succession and put his hand up for a tilt at the Group 1 Goodwood.

"He drew a sticky gate, we needed a bit of luck and fortunately we were able to get into a great position in the run,'' Melham said.

"He's in a zone and good to see him come away with the win,'' he said.

The day's most impressive win coming from Mick Price and Michael Kent Jnr's I'mlovin'ya who was dominant winning the Listed Redelva Stakes (1100m) with connections now looking to bring her back in two weeks' time for the Group 1 Sangster Stakes.

"She's furnished, she's a more mature filly now,'' Price said.

"She goes good fresh, the fillies and mares Group 1 is in two weeks' time, I've got to get her home and bring her back.

"We usually have a go at these races,'' he said.

And it was a fitting end to Ellis Wong's tenure in Australia winning the last race of the day at his last Australian ride, aboard Prairie Flower, the Hong Kong Jockey Club apprentice set to continue his career at home at the beginning of May.
