It may have been only a mid-winter maiden, but Global Awareness showed she could develop into a more than handy stayer with a narrow but impressive win in Hobart on Sunday.

Three-year-old filly Zewinna broke through for a well-deserved win in Hobart on Sunday where she gave her rivals a galloping lesson in the Winning Edge Presentations Maiden over 1400 metres.
