Canberra Trainer Todd Smart is eyeing off one of the final slots in this year’s Kosciuszko with his talented galloper Washington Towers.

Washington Towers will return to racing at Queanbeyan on Tuesday with connections hoping he can deliver a display worthy of gaining the attention of a slot holder for The Kosciuszko.

It’s been a long road back to racing for talented sprinter Washington Towers who is chasing consecutive victories in the Riverina Signmakers Benchmark 66 (1000m) at Wagga on Thursday.
