Chris Bieg will map a path towards the Group 1 Thousand Guineas at Caulfield in the Melbourne spring with promising filly Dubenenko after her winning return to racing at Murray Bridge on the weekend.

Promising two-year-old Dubenenko ticked all the boxes needed in her first public hit-out at the Balaklava trials on Friday.

Talented filly Dubenenko booked a ticket to Melbourne for the $2m Group 1 Blue Diamond Stakes at Caulfield later this month following a stylish return to racing at Morphettville on Saturday.

Chris Bieg is optimistic SA mare Diamonds can make her presence felt in today’s TAB Magic Millions Fillies and Mares (1300m) on the Gold Coast.
